Dunkin' - Macedon

07/2022 I decided to give this another try after almost a year of avoiding this location as it is conveniently located on my way to work. I've tried it a few more times since then. So far so good. Everything seems to have done a 360. Pretty muchalways stocked up now with great customer service. I love the lady that works in the morning she's super friendly and so farMacedon now seems to have some of the best made food and drink out of the other stores I have recently visited. I'm not surewhat they did to change things around but I hope they keep up the good work. 10/2021 It's conveniently located and in an easyto get to spot but this dunkin sucks, employees can be iffy. I never know what type of service I'm gonna get. Occasionallyit's amazing other days employees are rude and have unlikable personalities. They are always out of the things I like. Last 3trips there they didn't have the only things I order. Pretty much gave up on this location. Last visit I waited in line 15minutes to be told they didn't have the butter pecan frozen coffee flavor or the Boston cream donuts I wanted. I ended up goingto the one in Palmyra to get my food instead. They are always stocked up.

Had to wait forever just for them to get a simple order wrong after sending it back and fixing it. Still was wrong.. disappointing. Meal type: Breakfast
