Contribuisci feedbackThis was the worst dining experience I have had in 20 years as a customer. I waited over 20 minutes for an americano and counted 28 cars in the drive-thru line. I didn't start counting until I had already been waiting for 10 minutes. The woman in front of me left without her order and didn't even ask for a refund. There were 7 people working behind the counter, which is not efficient management. I understand that drive-thrus prioritize speed, but it shouldn't come at the expense of customers' time and patience.
We went to the restaurant on a surprisingly warm day and decided to try their desserts. Despite the long line, we were served quickly. I ordered the chocolate dessert and my daughter had the small concrete. The custard was thick and delicious, while the chocolate dessert was rich and had a natural flavor.
I ordered a large decaf soy latte, but received a hot milk latte instead. When I mentioned my allergy, they gave me the same cup again. After a few sips, my throat swelled up. I wasted $5 on a drink I couldn't even enjoy. All I wanted was a delicious treat on my 15th day. I will now only order in person so I can watch the barista. Despite this, I still love the restaurant.
Unfortunately, this is always closed when I try to stop there. they put a cone in front of the menu board and tied a leaf paper with their hours on it, which are extremely limited and constantly changing. once I went after work at 17 o'clock and the sign said open from 7 o'clock to 15 o'clock. So I go back one or two weeks later at 730 a.m. and they are closed with a sign that says 9 a.m. to 9 a.m. So I hear the next night about 18 o'clock and it says open from 10 o'clock to 17 o'clock. only returned from another attempt because Google search was opened to 9 o'clock. it was closed at 20 o'clock. I didn't want to go to the menu to see what the hours will be for the next days. I give up! edit: decided to give them another attempt yesterday (01-04-2022) at 12:15 o'clock. there was a sign in front of the door that only drive-thru say what was good as my plan was at all. I noticed that the kerl before me sat long before moving on the menu board and I never heard he gives up a command. When I was on the line, I waited and waited, but nobody came to the loudspeaker. I went around and nobody seemed to be there? at this time it was literally 8 to 10 cars behind me. I saw a light at the place, but no movement. Maybe someone hid in the bathroom? I finally drove empty hand away, as I suspect that all others too. good times.
The day I went in I had ordered online, decided to treat myself to some decaf Pike Roast with some extras added in. The store was drive thru or mobile pick up only in-store so it was nice I ordered ahead. My barista who was working on my drink let me know there wasn't any decaf Pike ready at the moment, that it could take another 5 minutes to brew, but the offered to do decaf espresso for me instead! Drink was super good- made to order other than the drink base replacement. This store always has super hard workers are always super customer service oriented! I love coming here from time to time.
