Taco Bell - Macedonia

The food was excellent! I was pleasantly surprised—this Taco Bell seemed much more organized compared to others. However, the highlight was the young man at the drive-thru window. He was extremely polite, articulate, and efficient. He even did something I've never experienced before at a drive-thru: he wished me safe travels and hoped I had a great trip. I absolutely love this place!

I placed an order through the app, but upon arrival, it was incorrect. I waited at the drive-thru window for assistance from the employee with red hair. When I explained the issue, she seemed skeptical, checked the order, and eventually corrected it. However, there was no apology or acknowledgment of my patience. While the food was decent, the lack of professionalism will have me consider trying another location.

I decided to revisit this location after a long hiatus due to previous issues with food quality, but unfortunately, it still hasn't improved. The taco shell was stale, the beans in my bean burrito were lumpy, and the cheese that came with my chips had what I can only hope was a chunk of ground beef in it—it was so chunky that I didn’t dare eat it. I didn’t want to take the chance of getting sick. I think I'll stick to the Twinsburg location from now on.

Mexican pizza, burrito supreme, taco supreme were all made well, taco shells very fresh. Everything was packed well and our order was correct!

Caution check your bag before you leave, we've had something missing every trip... this trip we were missing our two chips and all our sauces! Every trip we've had soggy hard taco, hard beans burritos, thick cheese for chips and cheese. The audacity of these people to think they deserve $18 an hour when they can't even wrap a taco. I literally had my taco just thrown in the bag unwrapped. I think our days of Taco Bell are done we'll stick to companies that hire ppl who actually care about their customers!
