Pizza Hut - Machesney Park

Did a really good job on our pizzas. They messed up one of our pizzas, by not putting enough pepperoni on it, and remade it for us. And then gave us the one that they had messed up. They were all really good. Great Pizza Hut!

It’s not what it used to be. The quality of ingredients has declined at all restaurants, which is disappointing. These places once offered excellent, delicious food, but now everything tastes artificial and low-quality.

I just had the most amazing pizza! It was delivered on time and was still piping hot!

I had been looking forward to trying the new melts, so I decided to stop by. However, I was surprised to find that there was no menu available, which meant I had to inquire about all the different options. When I finally got my melt, it was excessively greasy, to the point that it was seeping through the box. I wanted to ask for a bag, but there was no staff member around to assist me.

Went to get a promotion and was told they could not redeem all that I had by the manager, this is the second time , but the first time I had the same thing and got all of them. They did not care or try to work with me just said no.
