Jersey Mike's Subs - Macomb

The subs are delicious, but ordering for pick-up over the phone can be frustrating. The person taking orders reminds me of Indian telemarketers, which can be bothersome. The calls should be more direct and to the point, without unnecessary chatter. I don't need to hear the address of the location repeated multiple times, or be asked if I want to add extra toppings multiple times. Despite these issues, the subs are still good.

This restaurant serves the best subs, including original Italian, Philly Cheese Steak, and customizable options. It sets the standard for what a franchise should be, no matter the location.

Friendly staff. I would make one recommendation. The tomatoes look old, so old that they look like wagon wheels, a Skelton with the juicy part of the tomatoes and seeds completely gone. I went there twice and ordered $20 subs and the tomatoes look like they are 1 to 2 weeks old. Please fix this.
