Mcdonald's - Macomb

The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. I had a brief wait in line at the drive-thru, under five minutes, but I was thrilled that my order was correct and the food was hot!

The food was hot and fresh, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean. This is one of the best McDonald's I've ever visited!

Finally, there's a shift manager who truly understands the job and recognizes the strengths and talents of their staff. It's been ages since I've experienced decent service, let alone great service, but this time it was exceptional!
