Mcdonald's - Macomb

It's pretty bad that dominos can cook 3 large pizzas before McDonald's can make one large fry.

Used my mobile app for the first time. Worked great! Food was just as I ordered, hot and fresh! They even gave my dog a whip cream pup cup!

They are the rescuer when you need quick food. Toilet was mess.

They get your order wrong more often than not and then refuse to fix their mistakes. If you go through the drive thru good luck getting them to bring out your missing items. If you call them they argue, tell you to come in and get it yourself, and hang up on you. One employee threatened to hit my 15 year old son and more than half of them are on drugs..probably explains why they can 't do their jobs properly. I have personally watched their manager Rae get so high on pills that she couldn 't keep her eyes open. Their floors are disgusting and covered in trash and they have cockroaches running around the back. I know someone that worked there and managed to get a video of it, shared it to Facebook and they threatened to fire him if he didn 't take it down. This place is complete trash.

Horrible service , stood at the main counter for over 8 minutes before anyone came, then they had to make the coffee another 10 minute wait. Horrible
