Longhorn Steakhouse Macon

Eating is too great. the last few paintings I was, the service might have been better. last time it took at least 15 minutes before the waiter made his first visit on the table. we ordered all apps and escaped when he finally did it. steaks came, and one of us who should have been medium was ****. it took at least 10 minutes to get our waiter back, who has reheated the already cut steak that ruined the steak. in the course of 90 minutes we had a refill of water for which we asked a few times. the old fashions had a chemical taste that makes it almost unimaginable. I would have ordered another drink easily if the waiter had been harassing himself to look over. disappointment, but an additional star since earlier visited was better.

I like this steakhouse they know until they go out. it is always clean and eating is always good. that's my way, at least until someone opens a real steakhouse.

The beautiful young man who tries to manage the take-out business is overwhelmed at the same time that hostess and the bartender seem very little to do. they need to reconfigure an expedite with autority who does what. the food was in order, but that was waiting for our departure. I understand that the staff is a challenge and they wish well. they give the young man a boost and more autority.

This restaurant is disgusting in every sight. management is unprofessional and irresponsible. the restaurant is very dirty and the toilets are regrettable. the employees here are clearly unskilled and uninterrupted with very poor working ethics. Such a business should not be in operation. this business must be a last for the restaurant chain. I don't see a chance to make a lot of profit here. there is certainly no will of the employees in this restaurant to inspire every customer to return. I never come back from any reason. this restaurant used to be a good place to go in a macon, ga, but not now. it is hopeless and disgusting.

This restaurant is deplorable. The management here is non existent. The employees here have the poorest work ethic possible. I cannot understand how the chain management allows this restaurant to continue to operate in Macon, GA. This restaurant gives the entire chain a bad reputation and I will never come here again to eat or patronize this business. I am disgusted with everything about this restaurant. It is very dirty, the employees could care less about the customers, and no one seeking a place to eat should need to experience this type of sorry service, uncleanliness, and unprofessional behavior. Totally terrible.
