Osaka Hibachi Sushi - Macon

I had a horrible experience. I’m never eating there again!!!! I ordered the teriyaki wings and fries. The fries was cooked in day(s) old grease the wings were pink in the middle. I ended up getting sick during work. When I came back for the refund they said they were going to give me the man was smiling and make it very difficult to get my refund. I will NEVER come to this establishment again!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars that they deserve I would!

I got hibachi chicken and spring rolls. I called in the order because I only had an hour for lunch. they told me 15 minuets. when I got there and paid it had been about 10 minuets and she said it was almost ready. so I just stood there. 5-10-15-20 minuets go by ... no food. I asked did they start my food when I called in or when I paid. She said there was a long line in front of me. Well she should not have said 15 minuets. I would have gone somewhere else. The food was horrible except for the spring rolls. VERY salty and the rice tasted day old. I ask for a glass of water and it tasted like the machine had never been cleaned! I PAID15.61 FOR 4 SSPRING ROLLS! There should be a zero option!

I thought it was a sit down hibachi place but it's more like order off the board then take it to your table. However, it was DELISH. The food was fresh and good portion sizesFood: 5/5

I ordered delivery to my hotel. Waited 45 minutes after being told 30 minutes for delivery. Called restaurant. A girl told me my order was there waiting. I tried to explain I ordered delivery. She said delivery has nothing to do with them. She got an extreme attitude and it went downhill from there. My advice is, don't order from this place. They were so rude on the phone. No delivery ad advertised. Horrible treatment

I appreciate being able to get my meal with veggie instead of rice. They also take Bear Bucks.Food: 3/5
