The food was delicious, especially the pochero and the lechon kawali. They also offered complimentary peanuts and chicharap while we waited for our order. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Worst experience. We paid almost only fat. Called but not answered. Pls Brother J Island Central Mactan Branch
The meals was great, it meets to our expectations rather fulfilling though we’ve forgotten to order something saucy like beef sinigang (could have been suggested if the floor service at excellent manner) floor and behind the counter staffs is needing a lot more training. Sorry to say, nothing against you, I think the staffs can do better if they are given proper guidance. More about the food, they have many varieties in their menu, the price is reasonably affordable but I am not sure if it is for the locals since I have already adopted the lifestyle abroad for many years. During our stay, we purchased the crispy pata family, letchon kawali, scallops, prawns, lumpia and others I cannot remember, we finished with a nice dessert which is the halo-halo for everyone surprisingly at a cost for only 1 and get one free, we paid for 5 and got 10 halo-halo. Enjoyable meals in overall even though the floor and behind the counter doesn’t meet the expected Philippines hospitality service records. Kind of disappointed but we understand. Now, where to find this place is right in inner of the Island Mactan mall at the main floor amongst many stores, nearest to the airport on the bridge side, nice and breezy travelling on the motorbike along the waterfront. Ending my ratings with only 3 stars as we went home happy and fulfilled our bellies. But please, don’t forget to welcome your customers and always pay attention to what they may need on the table especially when you really are no way near busy and when the numbers is higher on table, that, is surely something worth paying attention for. Ok! Train your staffs with better approaches. Parking underground by the way fees Motorbike parking fees Security at the mall main door Toilet in the restaurant is all supplied neat and tidy with toilet paper Toilet in the mall but rather use the restaurant toilet Money exchange nearby too Thank you..
Just the workers lack of knowledge on how to serve the customers maybe there were students at the time when we dine in . they don't even gave us spoon or even water we keep going to the kitchen and asked the spoon etc. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱1,000–1,200
I went to this KUYA J located in I.C.M LAPU LAPU with friends Order CHICKEN from MENU told no stock. Order FISH I needed a hammer chisel to cut it , no taste, like a brick. Order cold SMB it came in a can room temperature the waiter then gives me a glass of ice cube. I hate watered down BEER . NEXT DO YOU HAVE CODE FOR YOUR WI-FI advertised on FRONT of your MENU, sir we don't have WI-FI , but your MENU said you have. Again why you advertise WiFi but don't have? And why you advertise Chicken roast whole or half but you tell me not stock. So my suggestion is never visit I wasted my PESO and time for the WORSE meal I have eaten in 30years in Cebu. NEVER will I visit this misleading place again The Capt.
