From now on, we’ll be choosing this place over other hibachi restaurants. Hinata is very clean and newly renovated, and the staff is fantastic with excellent customer service. The food was cooked to perfection. I truly have no complaints; everything was wonderful. We've found our new favorite Japanese steakhouse. Thank you for the amazing experience and service—see you again soon!

The place looked super outside and very clean. The bottom inside was coated with a lot of fat. If the customer service had been better if he got us drinks earlier than 20 minutes, a confirmation for a greeting of some kind and a cleaner floor, I would have given a better rating.

The prices were relatively high, and I was surprised by the choice of country dance music, which didn't quite fit the serene atmosphere I anticipated in a Japanese setting.

Maybe they were understated or she had only a bad night. I'd give the restaurant another chance...

Prices were quite high, and they were playing countrydance music (not really what I expect to listen to in a serene, tranquil japanese environment)
