Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Madill

Ice cream is always delicious. The help seemed to be having a bad day.

I've always enjoyed dining here with my family because we love the flavors, and I thought it was a clean and nice establishment. However, today I ordered a burger, and it arrived with a lot of hair in it. I figured it might have been a one-time mistake, so I sent my son to request a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement burger had the same issue. It's really disgusting—I think they just tried to pick the hair off the same burger. I won’t be coming back here again.

Ordered 2 Ice tea 1 sweet tea n 1 non sweet the lady took our money. It was good we seen our teas in the drive Thru window. We had to wait 4 minutes to get the drinks.

Typically, we can't go wrong with a Braums burger. They are usually pretty good for drive-thru. This time, I thought I'd try the new Gouda Burger. Yikes! The BBQ sauce soaked the bottom bun, and the chicken was so thin and just sad. I think they tried to overcompensate with an abundance of jalapeños. It was food for lunch. I ate it. Sadly, the tea was absolutely terrible. Had to pour it out.
