Dunkin' - Madison Center

This is the worst Dunkin I drive an extra 20 minutes to go a town over. The drive thru staff is unfriendly. You pull up to get your food and they shove your bag out the window and it shuts. There is one dark haired young girl who never says hi, how are you, good morning. I am there 5 minutes into her shift when they open at 5:30 and she is miserable. They give you the wrong food, missing food. The food is a mess always thrown together. The donuts piled on top of each other frosting all over the others. They have no class. This is BY FAR the worst one

For legal reasons i state this as my OPINION: worked here for about 4 months, management is absolutely awful and very shady. there were constantly swarms of flies on the donuts and fecal droppings stuck on the walls. even saw a pregnant employee vape in the kitchen and dining area among other very disturbing things such as employees casually giving non decaf coffee to people with heart issues. if this store doesn’t care about their employees they most definitely don’t care about you.

Good location gets a lot of traffic but fast and clean.

Workers were insanely rude. Counted their tips in front of everyone waiting to order, messed up my coffee order and basically ignored me when I asked to remake it.

Stop by to buy a hot latte at 8:46pm and the person that works here told me they about to close, so I asked what time they close, then she said 10pm, after that she said we don’t have lattes now. It’s a shame!! I always get coffee here. I guess it’s not a place to stop no more! Horrible service!! It’s was clear that she just want to be relaxed playing with her phone
