Arby's - Madison County

Great place to stop, fuel up, eat and rest, before getting back on the road. We used the Tesla chargers and this was perfect.

No fish, no Arby's sauce, took 10 minutes from time at drive up speaker to receive food then had to park and go inside to get our milk shake. Won't be back.

The lady taking our order refused to speak to us. She was rude to an extent I was shocked. She scored a zero in customer service. On a positive note, the food was delicious!

Grabbed a bite to eat while charging tesla. Rennea (seriously, I hope I'm spelling her name correctly), and staff took exceptional care of us. The food was great. You can tell that they clean the windows every day. That's a bonus!! The drink station was being cleaned while we were there. Very respectful and hospitable, of all guests. I tried the fish sandwich for the first time, and I was pleased, over the mcdonalds fish sandwich.

Loved my Ruben Sandwich and Curly Fries. Tables needed cleaning. We had to repeat order to server!
