Chili's Grill - Madison

My food came out cold ....Service was awesome. I took my food home and took it to work and put it in the microwave.

We had the great pleasure of having Adrienne as our server tonight when I say she set a high standard for customer service. Nowadays you don’t even expect much when it comes to customer service but I can truly say she made my son’s birthday a great memory. My other son now wants to have his birthday dinner there as well requested that we have the same server again. I will have to call ahead check to see if she will be there. That’s how amazing her service was, my kids even noticed it.Kid-friendliness: Adrienne was so patient, caring, understanding with my children.

Enjoyed dinner here had the pleasure of being served by Scott. We wanted for nothing the food and drinks were wonderful. Will definitely be adding this spot to our rotation.

Today I ordered the pick 3 to go. The crispy chicken sandwich was great and the chicken breast was a large portion and cooked well. It could have had more sauce, but was good. I upgraded the appetizer to include the skillet queso and it was good too! Overall I was very satisfied and hope Chili’s continues to focus on quality and customer service as it used to be one of my favorites.
