Contribuisci feedbackLiterally the worst customer service I?ve experienced. Placed a mobile order that said it would be ready at 11. I got there and the girl literally said they were closed and I couldn?t get my drinks. I said can I get a refund and she said she didn?t deal with the app and I would have to come back another time. Her name as ?nic?. She had orange braids and was extremely rude. Seems like the norm for this place though.
Shame on me for not checking my order, but I only ordered 2 French kruellers and coffee with pumpkin spice, almond milk no cream no sugar and they managed to get it all wrong. I was treating myself today because I usually eat breakfast at home and that's what I get.
Ordered one donut and hot coffee. Coffee was cold, half filled parking lot was empty but lady on speaker rushed me and my order. She was rude both over the speaker and at the Pay window. Contacted corporate and nothing has been done and never heard from the franchisee. My family and I have boycotted this restaurant. Similar to the reaction of the franchisee. No contact
3 stars for food, 5 stars for the fast and friendly staff. Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and the center was cold! Seemed like the eggs were pre-cooked and microwaved-to-order. Also ordered a mochi donut. Horrible disappointment. Dunkins' version is nothing like a true crispy fluffy chewy mochi donut. Better off with their other donut options.
Ordered 1 donut and 1 milkshake. We were the only car in the drive though and watched the staff play of their phones and socialize with each other for 5 minutes before driving off. No one even came to the window to take my Credit card!
