El Sabor De Puebla - Madison

So delicious! I had a carne asada taco, chicken taco, and a pork taco. All were good but the pork was superb. Great rice and beans too.

We visited here last Friday at dinner time. Hands down the best Mexican type food I've tasted in Madison. The chicken taco and pork tamales were excellent. Everything was so fresh and tasted homemade. We will absolutely be returning here!

Authentic mexican food in Wisco doesn't often go this deep. Cooking with organic ingredients when available, sourced from this family's own hard work, this is a unique opportunity to try some of the great foods loved by many. I appreciate the rare glimpse into southern Mexico (think Puebla and Oaxaca). Their Mole, tamales, salsas, etc are a must try. If you haven't enjoyed this food at the northside and hilldale farmers markets (though they still run a tamales and burritos/tacos stand at these markets), dive into this great food seven days a week on Willy Street.

Their mole sauce is amazing! Super tasty menu sourced with high quality ingredients whenever possible, great service, locally owned and worth all 5 stars earned.

Wonderful! I am addicted to chile rellenos. Amazing tamales: which can be bought at the Willy St. Co-op as well, but best hot and fresh!
