I have placed several online orders with this location. tonight was the absolute worse because my orders are never accurate to pick up. it's sad that I have to stop and check them a complete bag hard to come home to realize that I don't have what I ordered right.
Cant lie, this place is pretty epic. i worked here for only a few months and even when im not working, the staff is still just as amazing as they are when i am on the job. matt has an amazing crew of workers and theyre all people i enjoy, including but not limited to david, mike, jason, khiuntae, lexi, errin, nyah, and noah. id highly recommend this place for a job and for just simply the food itself. it is made by an amazing crew of people and is worth it to go and try out. it does not disappoint. 10/10 experience.
I ordered online as a guest today. My order clearly showed two hook and ladder subs with no onion. We did not receive the pickles. There was no cheese and no mustard. Also they were very light on the meat. We love Firehouse Subs but this location has made mistakes almost every time we visit. Also I was not provided with a receipt with the validation code so I couldn’t post my review on the Firehouse Subs Listens site.
BOTH SUB WERE NOT OVEN BAKED, ASKED FOR EXTRA PICKLE WITH ONE DIDN'T GET IT, MY SUB HAD NO SPICY MUSTARD THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE AT THE MADISON AL. STORE IT DOESN'T MADDER HOW YOU ORDER IT THEY MAKE IT THE WAY THEY WANT IT DIFFENTLY WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS FIREHOUSE, THEIR RESPONSE WAS THEY WERE WORKING ON THE OVEN BUT FAILED TO TELL US BEFORE WE ORDERED
