Fresco - Madison

Love love love Fresco! I was delighted by the creative, beautifully plated dishes and flavor! Everything was delicious! My faves: the compressed watermelon with burrata, the fried green tomatoes and the avocado and tuna and salmon tartare! So good!!

My husband and I came to Fresco for our anniversary. The food was just amazing. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and the wines and was very helpful. We will definitely be coming back again!!

Another personal favorite from start to finish. The drinks are very inspired, well thought out, and delicious! The food is top shelf, the service is great, wonderful ambiance, zero complaints.

My husband and I went here for a date night last night. It was our second time dining at Fresco, the first time being a few years ago. We had made a 5:00 reservation, so we were the first to arrive. We were given a seat right by the window, with a beautiful view of the Capitol and Orpheum. It was perfect! I had the risotto gnocchi and my husband ordered the tenderloin. For an appetizer we chose the arancini. Everything was delicious. The wine was equally amazing. Both times we dined here, we came in the winter. I'm excited to come back during summer to eat on the patio.

Easily one of the greatest, unsung chefs working in the country today, Chris Myers has superb control of technique and flavor. I wish half of the meals I ate were even a fraction as perfectly prepared.
