Fugu Asian Fusion - Madison

The staff at Fugu Madison were extremely polite and helpful. This was my first time dining here. Unfortunately, most of the dishes were spicy, which limited our options as we do not enjoy spicy food. The presentation of the dishes was impressive, but the taste did not meet expectations. It seemed as though there was a lack of seasoning or sauce. Overall, this restaurant may not be the best fit for me as the flavor was lacking.

This restaurant in Madison is undoubtedly one of the best. The food is fantastic, with every dish being delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. It can get a bit busy in the evenings, but it is definitely worth the wait. If you're in search of authentic Asian cuisine, I highly recommend trying this place out!

The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes, including a tasty whole fish. However, despite its name (Fugu Asian Fusion), they do not serve Fugu. They only offer a limited selection of fusion dishes that lean more towards traditional American fusion cuisine, such as crab rangoon.

I have had multiple pleasent experiences here. The staff is one of the nicest on state street and the food is on par with their service. The prices are cheap for the quantity and quality they offer. I can't speak from an authenticity POV but the food tastes excellent.Food: 5/5

Im disappointed to say that they have double charged me for a dish. The dish was $10 out of a $140 bill $130 w/o the double charge). Otherwise, the food was decent and wrapped up a great night with friends after the January symphony at the overture.
