Garibaldi Mexican - Madison

My family tried three different burritos at this restaurant and all of them were delicious. The prices were slightly higher than what we usually pay for burritos at other Mexican restaurants, but considering inflation, it was understandable. The service was attentive and they even brought us more waters without us having to ask. The chips and salsa served when we were seated were also good, with the salsa having a decent kick to it unlike other restaurants where it is often watered down.

The vegetarian fajitas were delicious and the Paloma cocktail was amazing. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean with a powerful faucet to thoroughly wash your hands.

The food at this restaurant is amazing. We ordered the chicken chimichanga and chicken burrito a la carte, both of which were delicious. You can choose to have the chicken grilled or shredded, and we opted for shredded in the chimichanga and grilled in the burrito. The menu may suggest that ingredients are stuffed inside some items, but they are actually served on the side. The salsa that comes with free chips is flavorful, albeit a bit thin in consistency, but the taste is outstanding. You can request a spicier salsa, which adds a nice kick to the dish. The service was great, with a friendly and attentive hostess. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended this restaurant to my local friends.

Stopped in our way through town in a road trip. It was early for dinner, 5pm, but we'd skipped lunch. We were seated immediately and brought waters/offered drinks. We opted to stick with just water. No funky smell or taste from the water. (This is big forme. We ordered rather quickly the food didn't take long. Wowza, the guacamole was gorgeous my burrito was the size of myarm! We were checked in with twice. They certainly weren't rushing us out the door. Once we stalled, thry brought us a box flatware to take the over half left home. I appreciated the thought of flatware as we were on the road. I do wish I'd orderedtacos instead, which I skipped thinking just a burrito would be lighter than having sides. We dropped $50ttl, including tip.Good service decent food at a fair price.

Margaritas here are pretty dang good. The chips and dip served are quite good.. Really enjoy those. I got Tacos El pastor, and can't say they were bad at all. Very filling too.
