The coffee, cinnamon rolls, muffins, and breakfast quesadillas were absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic!

The staff here are fantastic—super friendly and they serve some really great food. I've lived nearby for a while and didn't realize that this was a breakfast spot. It's clean and enjoyable. My wife loves tea and is going to absolutely adore coming here, especially with so many different varieties of tea available.

My boyfriend and I were in the area and decided to grab some coffee in the morning. We visited Grams and had a fantastic experience. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and served right away. The gentleman at the counter was very attentive. I ordered a vanilla latte, while my boyfriend chose a hot coffee, and we also shared some cinnamon buns that were wonderfully glazed and delicious. The ambiance inside was charming, modern, and cozy!

I just grabbed a sausage quesadilla and an iced coconut black tea from Grams, and I must say, the customer service was excellent. I received my order promptly, and the owner took the time to chat with me about his business and offerings while I waited. The atmosphere of the shop is calm and pleasant, with soft music playing in the background. It's a fantastic spot to work or hold a meeting with a colleague. I'm really glad to have such a lovely coffee shop in Madison! I'll definitely be returning.
