Perkins Bakery - Madison

Joel was a great server. The food was delicious. It was a good experience. The food was all American comfort food. The buy 3 get 3 free was an added bonus. All in all it was a good time.

The portions are very large. Certainly enough to take half home and have for another meal. And most important the bathrooms are clean.

I stopped going to Perkins restaurants some time ago, but I have been very pleasantly surprised with this location. Service has been excellent all 3 times that I have visited recently and the food was also very good, much better than I experienced at previous locations.

When we travel to WI for the holidays this is a must stop!This restaurant is very dear to us since our first experience with our waitress named Tracy. Several years ago we were traveling around Thanksgiving and EVERYTHING was closed, except this restaurant! She went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent meal! Now,whenever we head that way we know they will be OPEN and the service and food will always be phenomenal! Being open around holidays is great for the diner, but not so great for the employees, so we appreciate that so so much!

Have eaten at Perkins many times and always had good food. However, this time there was an extra charge on our bill other than tax. We asked the waitress what this was for and she stated a supply charge. WHY????? Went to Denny's today and no charge! We will not be going back! Perhaps other customers will feel this way also. You are turning customers away because of this!
