Port Of Madison

Amazing restaurant. We stopped in Huntsville on our way to Florida from Tennessee and had dinner at Fresh Traditions. The service and food were outstanding! My family and I had the shrimp and grits, the filet, the salmon and a child's hamburger. There was complete silence after the food came and we began to eat. Our tongues and tummies were experiencing a flavor party! The shrimp and grits were the best I have ever had. The food was so good we had to try each others meals to see if all the selections were as delicious as mine and to our delight, they all were! The salmon was cooked to perfection and the glaze on the filet made the high quality piece of meat so flavorful. Everything about each meal was fresh and well presented. My boys could not get enough of the rolls. The homemade cheese cake and pecan pie were, to make a bad pun, the icing on the cake! We heartily recommend this gem of an eatery.
