The dumplings 小笼包 are terrible. We had two hand pulled noodles they are amazing. I’ll only come back for the noodles ?
Overall a decent place. i liked that you could get either hand-pulled or knife-cut noodles. the broth didn't really have that deep of a flavor, and i felt that there could've been more meat overall. the egg was surprisingly delightful, and i loved seeing (pseudo)-unlimited cilantro and scallions at the self-serve station! i would definitely appreciate it if they came up with ways to improve the broth and make the noodles absorb the flavors better.one weird thing--the lids they had at the self-serve station for the bowls did not fit the bowls, so i had to carry my leftovers back home very, very precariously.
Decent Northwest Chinese style noodle soups, but portions are on the small end, so get the big bowl. The soup base is rather bland, but the best part is watching the cooks pull the noodles.
We were visiting from out of town and felt like noodles. Found this place and were blown away it was SO good. The spicy hot pot was particularly tasty and I definitely recommend the hand pulled noodles. It was lots of food, so we probably would split a hot pot and scallion pancake next time but only because we couldn't save our leftovers.
