Love this place. Food and service is always top notch quality.

Ordered catfish plate menu prices posted on side of building got receipt was couple bucks higher than sign plus a credit card fee when I complained lady said you want your money back never

I tried this place two separate times, both online orders.The 1st time I came to Seasons about 10 minutes past the pick up time. I told the young man about my order and he looked confused. He went to the back and said it should be done in a few minutes. Fast forward 20 minutes later, he gives me a steaming hot plate (they had just cooked the food) and I got home to find they did not give me the extra catfish I paid for.2nd time I ordered the catfish basket online and picked up. The fries should not even be called fries as they were horribly thin with no flavor and whatever fish was on the plate was NOT catfish.I will not be coming back a 3rd time.

Incredibly rude! My husband called to ask how much 10 pounds of crawfish was. Gave him the price of one pound and told him to do the math they didn’t have the time!

Young man was friendly, really courteous, delivered my crawfish to my car.Im VERY VERY picky about my crawfish.... These were good size juicy and a great level of spicy!... I have found my new fav crawfish place!!!... And Ive been eating crawfish in Madison/ Ridgeland area for 3 decades!!!!
