Soho Gourmet Cuisines - Madison

Man... when I lived in Madison, my partner and I would order here once a month because THAT is good, and we usually don't take so much! I live in Washington and I have to come over a restaurant that fits Soho! I'll eat here often when we visit Wisconsin! And their special rams they had once a year (I think I? Is the best ramen I ever had?

We hired the SoHo food truck to serve dinner at our wedding in August 2022. The food truck vibe was so funny at our wedding, and the food was spectacular! All our guests said it was such a fun idea and that their food was delicious. I cannot recommend SoHo Food Truck enough!

Good Asian fusion food. We ordered half of the items on their menu and had a buffet at home. I am very bang bag shrimps.

I got dumplings on their food truck. The dumplings were delicious and the soy sauce was exceptional for soy sauce not safe, what?s in it, but it tasted better than your average soy sauce. I have 8 dumplings, 4 cattle and 4 pigs. Both tasted great, but after that I was still a little hungry, but the most important ducks were much bigger. For an appetizer, dumplings were a good choice. Overall, good service and delicious food.

Small, cute place. Ordered my food at the register and sat down. The food came out super quick. The spicy garlic green beans were delish. Packed with great flavors. Garlic soy steak bites were also good but a bit dry. I was also a bit disappointed with how dry the soho charbroiled chicken was. However, I would still go again. Definitely better than chinese takeout.
