Contribuisci feedbackThe absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When we walked in the 3 employees just looked at us didn’t smile or anything. We said hello and they still said nothing. It was the strangest experience!!!! When I asked the lady taking our order a question she just shook her head at me. When our food was ready they just left it on the counter, never even told us it was ready. I had to ask could I have our cups. Our fries were wrong and I had to ask them to finish adding the toppings. I am still in shock about how crazy that whole experience was.
My Korean BBQ steak bowl was customized by me to have extra veggies. Veggies were overcooked. Other than that, was very quick, convenient and a good value. Next time I will try their steak sandwich.Food: 3/5
They basically close whenever they feel like it, not 9pm. I was there at 7:30pm and was informed by a rude employee that they are closed. The gentleman was absolutely disgusted that I was there and expected to place an order. this was not the first time.
It's so refreshing to have different food options at a drive through. Some other than burgers and fried chicken. I look forward to my next chance to eat here. The bowls were marvelous.Food: 5/5
There were only 2 employees working so it was drive thru only. They were working hard and the food was delicious! Give these 2 a raise!!!Food: 5/5
