Taqueria El Cazador - Madison

This has to be my favorite location of this chain throughout Madison County. I always feel like I receive special treatment when it comes to the tacos here. I typically order two birria tacos along with a variety of different meats. The salsa packets can be a bit tricky to open, but they’re definitely worth the hassle. If you're looking for the best tacos in Madison County, you absolutely have to stop by!

I moved away from Madison six years ago. They used to be located behind the gas station. I’ve literally dreamed about these tacos, and I would do anything to have those carrots again!

I absolutely love this place! It offers a fast, easy, and affordable dining experience that doesn’t compromise on flavor. The birria tacos are a must-try—full of flavor and juicy, with a rich and delicious dipping sauce! Additionally, the Queen with Birria is fantastic; it’s incredibly filling and definitely worth trying. The street tacos are also great, featuring fresh, juicy meats. I tried the lengua, spicy pork, and carne asada—all delicious, but the birria really steals the show. The red salsa is excellent too; it’s slightly spicy and the perfect addition to the tacos. Overall, I can't wait to come back for the birria!
