Consistently good food, fast service, and amazing prices!

Guadalupe has great, authentic tacos and tostadas at a reasonable price. After our favorite taco place closed, we searched for a long time for tacos that are so good, and Guadalupe only over nails it.

From the moment we arrived, our food was on the table in under 15 minutes. The prices were quite reasonable, and the food was incredible. I couldn't finish my dish because the portion was enormous, and saying it was delicious would be an understatement!

While traveling to New Orleans, we decided to stop at this restaurant, and it was a fantastic choice. They weren't very busy that evening, so our order arrived at our table in under five minutes. As Chicagoans, we know good Mexican cuisine, and this place certainly delivered. The service from our waiter was excellent as well. We’ll definitely stop by again on our way back home.

To access the restaurant, you first need to drive through the gas station parking lot. I ordered the Carnitas while my wife opted for the grilled Pollo Fundido. I recommend asking for extra pico de gallo. My carnitas were in smaller pieces but packed with fantastic flavor. The Fundido was cooked to perfection, featuring juicy chicken, crispy onions, and a delightful cheese dip that complemented the dish wonderfully. The chips were thin and crisp, although the salsa was a bit mild and not chunky enough—making it ideal for kids. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back.
