I got a call immediately after I filed my complaint about how no one was there until the hired hour. Because of the COVID and the staff they fight. They are about to change characters, but getting a call from the owner of the shop meant the world. It shows that it is important to them. Much to say for customer service in Madison. Approved respect

Great food. Don't get me wrong. But they were rude as everyone came out. The whole way from our order to food. We understand it as fast food and everyone has to make time, but come on. .y man just wanted a honey mustard as he asked, and she said we need the zax sauce, or whatever it is, back. As we take it out of the container in our vehicle and give it back to get the other because it's company policy. Last time I checked, you can't take back someone we touched to give someone else, especially because of Kovid.... we even offered to pay for the other sauce and she always said social policy, social policy. As usual. And our fist was wrong. We kept it because we are not that kind of people, but it was terrible. Let your problems at home girls.

The drive thru staff was very rude, my husband asked about honey mustard at the order when we checked the bag it 't made available, he asked about him and they continued to say it would be an additional 25 cents and argued back on him that he could never ask for honey mustard instead of only offering it... to be offered from the cashier and who the other worker wore a dirty restaurant that gave him very dirty shirt

Food is hot and fresh!! Zalads are perfect size and portions..staff always friendly, warned us before ordering they were behind on wings. Way to be proactive and let them know before ordering..great management there!!
