Mr. Wok - Madisonville

The over charged me!! and the food was old.. I spent $64.00 should've spent $46.00.. I'm never going

This week I visited Mr. Wok's restaurant under the impression, by friends, that it was a very good Chinese restaurant. I'd have to say they were absolutely correct! The crab Rangoon was the perfect crisp to filling ratio. The fried dumplings were cooked to perfection and the sauce given to dip the dumplings into was delectible. I had the pork fried rice, the amount of food I got for a small size was deceiving. At first glance, the take out box didn't look like there would be much in there. However after opening the take out box and pouring it into a bowl there was more than enough. Great portions, great food, great prices. I will definitely be giving my dollar vote again in the future!

This is the worst experience of Chinese food that I ever have had. Ordered General chicken that was stringy at best and didn't taste fresh. Ordered shrimp fried rice which was yellow rice with three pieces of shrimp and it tasted rancid. Hoping that only bite won't give me food poison. Ordered egg rolls that were old and no taste. Threw 95% of the order away and won't be going there again. Buyer beware for sure.

I love ordering Mr woks when I can. My order wasn't completely right BUT it was still delicious. No food went to waste!

The lunch specials are awesome! Very generous portions for the price. Rice is always so yummy. They do not have yum-yum sauce though and if you order takeout and need chopsticks always make sure they're in the bag before you leave. This place usually has my order ready within 10 minutes. Great for those on lunch breaks. Inside is kinda boring. Reminds me of a school cafeteria. Vegetarian options: Made to order so you can make most of it vegetarian Parking: Just don't go if the weather is calling for snow. Shares parking with Kroger
