The Oasis Southwest Grill

I like their appetizers but their meals aren't great. I'd rather just go to Texas Roadhouse 45 minutes away instead.

Under staffed, was out of most everything on the menu. It's not like it used to be.

Service was slow and food is not good. Fried pickles were ok, but everything else underwhelmed. Steak was cooked right, but devoid of flavor, shrimp was cold, green beans had a strange sweet flavor, mushrooms were fine. Just not worth another trip.

This place is really going downhill. The food my friend ordered was horrible (luckily I ordered a salad) and raw. He ordered a shrimp and steak meal with the steak being medium well. What he got was slightly warmed up (raw) shrimp on a stick and a rare steak. When sent back the proceeded to burn the heck out of the steak to an extra well done (bootleather) finish with a nice crunchy outside. This was after they tried to seat a party of 5 in a 4 person booth twice lol. I have given them plenty of chances and they continue to disappoint. All these coupled with the level of grungy unkeptness in the kitchen is leading to a 1 star experience. But atheist they have manners(which is eare nowadays) so I gave them 3 stars. Just understand that if you go. It's a 50/50 chance on what your experience will be.
