Charlie's Pizza - Madras

I love their Mexican Pizza and you will NEVER find a better salsa than at Charlie’s! You can buy it separately and whenever I come thru town I always buy a LOT! (Sometimes I even bring my own GALLON jug! And, it freezes pretty well too! (Just NEVER double dip, always poor the amount you are going to eat in a separate container). My entire family can barely eat any other salsa now, and enjoy it! From Oregon, Montana, Florida, Italy, Washington, and Arizona!!! We even tried to freeze some and fly it to Germany for my brother! We all miss “Honchos” salsa and their Mexican Pizza because most of us do not live here anymore! My mom is so happy to have moved back home to Madras, we are too, so we can visit mom and go to Charlie’s!!!

What can I say about my favorite restaurant? it keeps so many happy memories for me as charlie lived and would visit and give everyone table.

I loved the Mexican gravy and Mexican pizza, but. Why did there have a nicely diced ham on everything?
