Muestra el quemador en las mesas para mantener la carne caliente y se aprecia el control de camareros para servir patatas calentitas al comensal que los necesite. Muy buen atendimiento y servicio. Sabes que pisas una forma de comida sin variaciones, única,limitada a un entrante aliñado al gusto de la casa, carne tipo entrecot con su salsa de mantequilla. Todo excelente. Postres que desmerecen la categroría de su plato estrella y acompañamientos, son sensiblemente mejorables.
Menú clásico y único, con opción para celiacos al igual que disponen de pan. Obviamente no es un restaurante con una carta variada pero no lo necesita, es parte de su encanto. Menú perfecto
Good dinner, not as fancy as I expected, the food was nice and well served. Service was OK, nothing to say, but I enjoyed the meat, no surprise.
I can’t comment on the in restaurant service as we used Deliveroo. We asked for the meat to be delivered with no sauce, as our kids have both allergies and don’t like sauces. This was part of a family meal, where we were ordering from another restaurant. They ignored the comments and served it with sauce, ruining the evening for all. When we called the restaurant they at first tried to excuse why they included the sauce, before finally apologising and saying there was nothing they could do. If the in restaurant service is like this stay away. It’s stupid as if the kids had enjoyed the meal, we would have returned, and as you can see from my other reviews, we like good food.
Sometimes it's best to do what you are good at and only that. This place knows entrecote (AKA New York strip). And the offering is as simple as that. 24 Euros get you a piece of meat, on a bed of herbal butter sauce placed on top of a warmer and fries. Salad, or to be specific, the dressing deserves it's own praise. I am not a big fan of leaves, but with their dressing I was tempted to lick the plate clean. So the only real choice is the level of steak doneness and the wine to assist the digest. The place gets really busy, really fast and waiters (only 2 of them) do wonders to serve all. With that, I recommend booking in advance. We got lucky (ignorance is a bliss), but considering the size of the place, it was a fools luck.
