The place is nice, not particularly exciting, but simple. It is not large unless it has areas we did not see. It is well lit and the acoustic is fine.Furniture is comfortable and tables large enough. The most important is the food. What we tried could be considered traditional Spanish food. The starters were good and abundant, the vegetable stew or the breaded eggplants were delicious. Fish dishes, cod, bonito, etc. Service was good and price very attractive for the quality.
This was the best seafood in all of Madrid.... I had the tuna, which they said was caught in the Mediterranean Sea, south coast of Madrid. Wonderful preparation, wonderful service, and of course, wonderful Spanish Rioja !
Recently went here and loved the food, the layout deccoration. Service was first calss and have to mention how funny freindly was the barman the day we went who spoke fluent English which always helps us non Spanish speakers, thumbs up and we shall return.
