China City - Madrid

Hello there We chose this restaurant for being across our hotel. Despite some skepticism about the criticism here we decided to enter. We chose menu B for 33 € for 2 people. Only the rolls fell short of what was expected otherwise the amount was enough for two good eaters. The staff both the Spanish boy as the Chinese or Filipino were friendly and even offered liqueur. We liked and recommend.

If you're looking for authentic Chinese food that you'd find this is not it. Unfortunately everything was over salted. We ordered beef and mixed vegetables. We got beef with onions and slivers of bell peppers. Sweet and sour pork was decent tasting but beware the cubed pork is kind of hard to chew. It was a late night and this restaurant was the closest to my hotel so I was desperate. Given the choice again, I would've taken the bus to the city center for some tapas.

Good value, really nice food, we selected dishes from the lunch special menu. Very nice indeed and good coffee :

Muy bueno, en mi top de los buenos restaurantes chinos de Madrid, buen trato, lugar muy bonito, y comida abundante y de calidad. Recomiendo el pollo con almendras.

Muy buen chino, servicio rapidísimo y muy profesional. Todo en general estaba rico. Las mesas muy cómodas.
