La Ermita Del Pintxo - Madrid

We dropped into La Ermita del Pintxo for drinks before dinner. We found the service to be excellent the waiter was very friendly helpful. We enjoyed our short stop would recommend it for tapas drinks. It’s located on busy Principle de Vergara with a few outdoor tables. The decor is average but the friendly service tapas make up for any inadequacies.

I've been to Madrid twice, each time for one week, and love sharing tapas. La Ermita del Pintxo was the best Spanish food that I've had! Start with Pintxo of tortilla de patata, followed Idiazabal cheese tempura , smoked salmon salad with mango, grilled tuna with vegetables, and grilled beef tenderloin with potato confit. The food is delicious , service is attentive and fast, and there is outdoor seating as well as a beautiful interior. We loved every bite. I would eat here everyday :

We stopped by for dinner. The restaurant looked decent, but not fancy. The tapas were surprisingly tasty, we enjoyed each meal.
