Libanes Fairuz - Madrid

Very classy Food , nice presentation, QUICK SERVICE ,vERY FRIEDNLY STAFF Highly recomended . Good location near centre easy to park around

We have benn several times at Fairuz and the place is decaying. Las week we arrived at 13,30 hs and we waited 15 minutes before a finght between the owner and one of the waiters ended. Then they handed over menus to sevaral tables thta were also waiting. Half of the menu was not available because of problems in the kitche. Then my son went to the barthrooom downstairs and found another shouting discussion between em ployees in the kitchen located there. The staff ignored our group during all the stay. Dessert were not available either. Shame on this restaurant which was before a reference for lebanon cuisine in Madrid.

Being a Middle Eastern I have tried with much disappointment every Lebanese restaurant in Madrid. However, today Sunday January 26 I found the best! I joined a large group of friends for a relaxed long lunch in this lowkey neighborhood restaurant. I was ready to criticize but hummus, babaghanoush, falafel, were yummy. Then came the meat dishes that we all shared : Kefta and chichen brochettes. All delicious. I will definitely return and eat a little less so I have some room to enjoy the great looking desserts served at the other table. I am giving this restaurant an excellent rating because of it being in Madrid. Of course do not expect the level of perfection you would get in Beyrouth and you will be happy.

Auténtica comida libanesa en restaurante regentado por una familia. Servicio educado y muy atento. Recomendable.

La comida exquisita,. Vengo habitualmente y es muy recomendable. No te pierdas los sabores de la cocina Libanesa merece la pena
