I chose Majos because the owners were very welcoming and kind, and have a gift for customer service that I didn't find in many other places. The food is very simply prepared, but the ingredients are top-notch, spiced nicely and presented well for an excellent price. I especially liked their crèpes. They had sugary and savoury. My favorites were the crèpes with cheese and truffle oil and, of course, the crèpes with nutella and banana! Actually, the last one is not even on the menu, but I asked them for it, and they accommodated me. I brought a few friends there, and they really enjoyed it, too. I would highly recommend this place.
Very nice place, fresh tasty, natural, healthy both Italian and Colombian food. It is must if you want good, natural, fresh, tasty food, chip price, well and friendly served.
Stopped here after dinner, while walking through the Anton Martin market. Tried their fragolino sangria and it was to die for. Not worth flying all the way to Spain for, but close....
We visited the market and stopped here for lunch. We took the menu del día, at €10 for three courses and a drink it's great value, and good quality! We could see the chef preparing the food in the tiny kitchen across the way, and he chatted to us about some of the specialties, checking in to see if we liked it. Two very happy diners!
We really enjoyed the great meal at this Italian/Colombian restaurant inside the Anton Martin Mercado in the barrio de Lavapies. Two courses meal plus a glass of wine, desert or coffee for 10 €. It was really worth.
