For our main plate I ordered the monk fish with Bilbaína sauce....it was great! My wife ordered a meat dish; “escalopines” and it was horrible. It was basically a fried round steak in an egg batter. It was soggy, greasy and bland. We sent it back. The staff was very professional and offered to replace the dish. They did not charge us for the plate, but stopped short of apologizing for the sub-par dish. Overall, great experience with great food....just avoid the “escalopines”.
Hadn't been in quite a long time so we thought we'd reconnect. Good idea. The seafood was excellent especially the fish. My wife had merluza and I had Lucinda. Both excellent. Save room for dessert.
Starter was very nice, we had the calamari and omelette. Main course of turbot and monkfish was not so good. Turbot was bland and undercooked monkfish was just bland. Can't say I'd come back.
Fui de comida de empresa, la comida fue correcta, los camareros que atendieron mi mesa fueron amables, pero otros compañeros no tuvieron tanta suerte, algunos compis se quedaron sin café
Gran sitio. Trato, comida, salones y terraza extraordinarios.
