Es un buen restaurante, y aunque el servicio y la calidad son correctos, el precio es demasiado elevado.

Todo estuvo bien, aunque esperábamos más calidad en el corte de carne que pedimos. El servicio fue excelente y el entorno es muy agradable.

A bit disappointing. Service was slow, there was an error in the bill and it was awfully noisy.

Excellent dinner with attentive and lively service. The aged beef was fantastic as was the Basque cheesecake. A delicious meal my only feedback would be to offer more vegetables on the menu (seems to be a common issue in Madrid).

I went specifically to try the dry aged meat Rubia Galega. My expectations were very high and the quality of their product was awesome. Cooked perfectly and they even let me inside the kitchen to show me the process and the cut of the meat. The service is very good, tables are very clean and well positioned. Very good wines. Fish and Vegs are also very good. The price is in line with the quality so I wouldn't say that it is expensive. Strongly suggested for business dinners as there are two private rooms.
