It was the first time my friend had been but my partner Juan and myself have been many times and usually have the steak however on this occasion we had the fish which was divine. We shared the hake and the monkfish with chips and salad with a lovely bottle of white wine and then for dessert had the goshua and the chocolate fondant both of which were delicious. Excellent service lovely food a restaurant we will always go back to. Jane and Juan
Visited this restaurant yesterday myself for the 4th time my partner has been many times. It was the restaurant I was introduced to Chuleton and fell in love with this incredible steak and it's as good now as it's ever been. We had the cider menu which was absolutely delicious. The bread the chisstora the cod omelette and the red peppers were absolutely amazing and the main event the Chuleton with a green salad and chips was one of the best I've had in the last 10 years. Included in the price is a bottle of rioja and a dessert. And to finish a liquor on the house. Everything we had was 10 out of 10. The service was impeccable. This restaurant cares and it shows. We shall be returning soon I can promise you that. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and especially those who know about excellent Chuleton's. Cannot wait to return it was so wonderful in every sense. Jane and Juan
We enjoyed a lovely dinner in this Michelin restaurant on 25 May. Although we were not walk-in customer, our dinner of steak meal was arranged by travelling agent as a group, the service there was excellent and friendly. Food is certainly of Michelin's high quality standard. A great leisure dinner after a day tour in Madrid.
Para empezar nos pusieron unas txistorras buenísimas, suaves, nada fuertes. Después una tortilla de bacalao grande y muy buena. Después un chuletón riquísimo. De postre un gosúa excelente. Y de beber toda la sidra de barril que quisimos. Al final vino la dueña para ver qué tal todo. Para mí este sitio es un 10.
Mayo 2022 Había ido a comer en otras ocasiones y siendo un sitio muy recomendable, han bajado en cuanto a algunas cosas. La tortilla de bacalao, tiene menos cebolla y más bacalao con lo que para mi gusto está algo peor, pero está buena. Las patatas fritas muy bien de punto. Lo que ha empeorado claramente es la forma de servir el chuletón. antes te traían la piedra caliente y tu lo ibas terminando de hacer a tu gusto, ahora te traen unos platos calientes que en principio deberían servir para ello pero desde que traen el plato hasta que llega la carne le da tiempo a enfriarse. eso sí, la carne muy buena.
