The most important thing is that the food was great. salsa rations with burritos were quite small but tasty and we asked for more guacamole and the waiter happily pleased at no additional cost. the price was reasonable and there was no charge for service, but anyway we tip for the attentive service. I would definitely return.
We move at 8 o'clock (nowhere in P.Madryn seems to serve dinner before 8 o'clock), to be received by the most amazing burrito after weeks of living pizza. A lot of vegetarian options that can be made vegans without cheese / sour cream! So great that finally gets some spices in Argentina! excellent prices and great portions. I would have eaten here in every meal if I could!
Very nice couple who owns the place, very good atmosphere, music, decorations. the place really feels Mexican. you get a really delicious free bread with a kind of eggplant sauce at first. The tortilla chips with cheese are very different from those we are used in europa, but it's okay, and the sauces are great. We had a super taco and fajitas, both vegetarians, who knew well. However, the portions were too big... so there was no room for a dessert.
The food is quite decent and a reasonable price. We were the only non-local ones all over the place. service can be a little unpredictable.
After a few weeks of eating too much bread, which seems to constitute most of the Argentine cuisine (with the notable exceptions of the wonderful grill and locro), we decided to try this small Mexican place. the decoration was cute in a kitsch way, and we were looking forward to eating burritos and Mexican beer. The burritos were great and well presented, but unfortunately, we could never taste Mexican beer. The waitress told us they couldn't serve us alcohol, but he never explained why. later we learned that it was because the national elections were to be held the next day, and that the sale of alcohol is forbidden on the day of the elections and the night before the day of the elections.. .
