Rendezvous - Maggie Valley

Take out was terrible. Philly was dry and unseasoned. Batter on fried mushrooms was yuckkk. Mac and cheese was runny and did not taste like real cheese

Had this last night, and it just wasn't as good as it used to be. Burger was very rubbery, and the cheese on the pizza tasted like plastic. Just wasn't worth the cost in my opinion Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Over an hour to get food. Here for Hillbilly Jam 7-23-22 Several people walked out for being so slow. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Just had a great dinner at Rendezvous Restaurant. Food Philly Sandwich and Calzone were delicious.Service was great. Our server, Justine, was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised and recommend this little gem! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

To start the customer service was terrible. The lady who was serving us was very rude and disrespectful. Half of our family who came in to eat didn’t get any food, and the food we did get was cold or not served fully. We didn’t get our fries we ordered and the chicken was ****. They overcharged us and they have a policy to automatically tip them it over a family of 6. Therefore even if your experience was horrible like ours they still make plenty of money because of their policy.
