I've known this butcher shop since I was a kid. My parents kept the restaurant right next to me when I was 13 and I'm 63. During my school holidays I gave a hand to the old owner and his son who was my age. So I know what it's made and how. In 50 years two owners (who I know) have succeeded but the quality has remained identical for all its years. If you like sausages, sausages, country terrine and all the rest go there you will not regret your money. I recommend this establishment with closed eyes
