I ordered my child a 6 count happy meal with double fries. We got home and opened it to a 4 count nuggets, one thing of fries that was half empty and the fries were old and soggy and a the box full of tons of ketchup packets when we asked for ranch. I've never had problems at this location before but this has me super frustrated as I tried to call and was hung up on. Thanks for the terrible service today. Service: Take out

Horrible customer service and the food always takes forever. You'd think after the wait it would be fresh but it isn't and something is usually missing. Not sure why some people are leaving 5-star reviews, does this mean it is a certain shift that is falling short? I guess I only have decent service at night, but during the day it is really really bad. I will just drive out a few more miles of I really need McDonald's... Meal type: Dinner
