Contribuisci feedbackI enjoy having a Subway location so close to home, and yet, every time I visit, some of the staff are put off and make the experience less than expected. Even when they aren't busy, a staff member was sweeping and forced me and another customer to wait for them to finish sweeping the establishment before helping fill our orders. I want to come back here and support this location, but not with the way they treat customers, currently. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
So i’m not sure if it is because i ordered online but here we go. Ordered our food at 6:30, app said be there at 6:45. The order was not finished until 7:06. Only after the line was mostly served did they start the order. (skip the line is advertised in the building with using the app) Lastly our food was not toasted and my girlfriend food was wrong, added lettuce when not requested.I understand maybe they didn’t see it but rushing because you realize I was sitting there for a while and asked if I was the online order. Went through drive though I don’t mind waiting but waited for a bit and when I started placing the order the cashier didn’t even know what sandwich I wanted when I had already told him so I just drove off of the employee can’t even focus on what I wanted after waiting in the heat to just to take my order
