Brothers Pizza Express - Magnolia

Haven't had much luck in the past with Brothers and decided to give them another chance... won't be doing That again. Spent $45 on two pizzas and 6 garlic knots. Asked for extra garlic/oil. They were extremely dry and chewy. $3 each and they were barely larger than a quarter! Pizza was tasteless. I ordered the garlic/tomato/spinach and couldn't even taste the garlic. Would prefer Domino's or Papa Johns for a mediocre pizza

We gave this a second chance as we thought the first time we didn't express what we wanted. I called last night and talked to a young lady to place my order for pickup. We ordered a 12 pie with extra sauce, I expressed to her that some didn't like a lot of sauce but we did, we ordered half mushroom and garlic, and half veggie. We were told 30 minutes. We left right away because we wanted to make sure it was hot. We were there within 10 minutes. Went to pay and they picked up the box sitting on top of the oven already done. The bill was $20. No complaints. We got home to find no extra sauce, no garlic, very few toppings. We will not be back. Seems like they just do it their way. Overpriced very so so. Huge disappointment.

Me and my kids are staying in a near by hotel due to a fire in our apartment last week. It has been extremely stressful and we have been very emotional with being displaced. We came out here to try something other than fast food and decided to give them a try.. i wish I didn 't because when We came in it was nothing but sad and rude faces by the girl taking our order. Mind you we have NEVER eaten here before, so we were figuring out what we wanted and anytime we asked a question we felt rushed and looked at as if we were dumb. I would have left a tip on the ticket but I left zero! That is what they deserved in my eyes. I am a waitress and know the service industry well and that was the worst service I have ever seen in my life. To top it off I didn 't know if we grabbed our own cups or if they were different sizes so I stood there politely waiting to see if they would ask if I needed anything and they didn 't.. surprise surprise an older couple was talking with them knew them by name and was ordering and blatantly was rude and purposely asking the workers if they should sit and wait for their food, or stand here and wait while the wife pointed in our direction. I think it 's funny when people want to be rude but don 't have the backbone to be rude to someone 's face to them when it 's directed to them. So at that point I walked up and said do I grab my own cups? I wasn 't sure I just grab it or what size k paid for cause nobody told me. I got the cups got our drinks and walked to the counter again and told them to just make my whole order to go! I was not about to sit inside and eat with assholes all around me and my children. Now we are sitting i. Our hotel room eating like we have for over a week since we can 't go back to our home till it 's fixed. I have lived in magnolia since I was 14 years old and NEVER been to a business with people like that running it let alone workers and customers! I will NEVER go there again and let everyone know about my experience there. My suggestion is maybe get nicer people to work for you or teach them better service!!!! To top it off the food wasn 't even good. Maybe it could have been but I 'm sure with their stank attitude they didn 't make it how they normally would have. Either way my experience as well as my kids experience SUCKED!!

Awful. Waited over an hour half, called repeatedly, and never received our order.
