I was so pleasantly surprised by this place! I wanna start out by saying, that my family and I truly enjoyed the atmosphere, despite it being a bar. It is historically and culturally decorated. We absolutely appreciated the antique preservation and the effort the designer put into the decor and layout. Not only was the ambience amazing and relaxing, but the food was actually wonderful! We come from NY so our standards are high and this place did not disappoint! We had three of their burgers and the wings. We had the Irish fries, fried cheese curds and cheesesteak egg rolls. We were so surprised by the quality and the actual care and presentation put into the food. The burgers are of decent quality and the large array of toppings makes it impossible not to enjoy it. The cheese curds were surprisingly excellent! We’ve never had them before and it was a great experience. The cheesesteak egg rolls were so creative and tasted really good. Even the fries were great! They had a nice crunch on the outside and the perfect mashed potatoes like consistency inside. They’re real Potatoes! All in all this place is a hidden gem in Mahanoy City. We highly recommend eating at the establishment. Paired with the food it is an awesome experience. Even the kids truly enjoyed themselves. Please check this place out, the food is wonderful and the staff is really nice and accommodating as well as clean and well kept! Great for a date night or family night even. 10/10 Kid-friendliness: Yes! Despite being a bar they were so welcoming to me and my family. A great local establishment! Wheelchair accessibility: It’s all one floor and minimal ledges or saddled. It looks like it’d be easy to maneuver for a wheelchair
